This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of work environment variables, collaboration, and work motivation on employee performance at Alfamart Retail Store, West Cikarang area, Bekasi Regency. The research methodology uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26, and data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with a sample of 78 employees. The results showed that the work environment and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance, but teamwork has no effect on employee performance. The implication of this study shows that managerial needs to focus on improving a conducive work environment, by paying attention to physical and psychological aspects to support employee performance. Although teamwork did not show a significant effect, it is important to encourage cooperation between teams through training programmes and team building activities.
2025-08-05T04:25:06+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Nining Yuningsih, Arif Abdillah https://journal.lppmpelitabangsa.id/index.php/kental/article/view/2852 Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, and Earning Per Share as Predictor Variables of Stock Return in the Capital Market 2025-09-17T08:24:02+00:00 Ela Fauziah ela.fauziah@pelitabangsa.ac.id Oom Tikaromah oomtikaromah@pelitabangsa.ac.id Erlina Widayanti Djatnicka erlinawdjatnicka@pelitabangsa.ac.id
In the capital market, not all stocks from companies that have a good profile will provide good returns to investors, so a more in-depth analysis of the company is needed.
