Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi terhadap  stres kerja dan cyberloafing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pegawai aparatur sipil Negara (ASN)  yang bekerja di Kota Salatiga. Jumlah responden berjumlah 104 orang yang dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Selanjutnya, ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi juga ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Namun hipotesis bahwa stres kerja memediasi pengaruh  ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi terhadap cyberloafing tidak terdukung dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of role ambiguity and organizational justice on job stress and cyberloafing. The research method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire for data collection. The population in this study is civil servants (ASN) who work in Salatiga City. The number of respondents was 104 people who were selected using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS application. The variables of role ambiguity and organizational justice have an effect on work stress. Furthermore, role ambiguity and organizational justice were also found to have an effect on cyberloafing behavior. However, the research hypothesis that job stress mediates the effect of role ambiguity and organizational justice on cyberloafing is not supported in this study
