Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Zat Kimia Tekstil Halal Di Kabupaten Bandung
Abstract
This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions regarding the use of halal-certified textile chemical auxiliaries at CV. Jaya Abadi Bersama in Bandung Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving seven consumers who use these textile chemical auxiliary products. The findings indicate that consumers interpret halal certification in various ways: as a guarantee of halal status rooted in religious values, as a form of administrative compliance, and as an effort to enhance product quality. The study concludes that halal certification for textile chemical auxiliaries holds strategic value—both religiously and commercially—though its implementation remains situational, depending on the specific needs of the consumers.References
